This 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin that sleeps 16, located in the peaceful Sugar Tree Valley Estates community that overlooks meadows on the Wears Valley floor, Cove Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park range of horizon peaks beyond. Reaching this home is easy, with paved roads and plentiful, paved parking for four cars, enough for everyone. It's has a spacious yard not available with many cliffside homes and the upper deck wraps around three full sides of this vacation home, and views of the surrounding Smoky Mountains are just a glance away. At day's end, gather at the outdoor fire pit for recharging from the day's activities. Let's step inside the cabin and enter the main level. Opening into the 2-story great area, the living room features a window glass wall to the outdoors, and mountain stone fireplace. There is no need to leave your favorite entertainment behind while on vacation. 4 flat-screen TV's are placed throughout, so there is no competition for viewing selections. The corner U-shaped kitchen offers lots of granite counter space for the in-house cook. The king master bedroom is also located on this level. Roomy and soothing, it includes a shared master bath, with double sinks, separate stall shower, and Jacuzzi jetted tub with a bay window view.The home lives large, spilling out onto the expanse of covered deck on the main level. With 2 dining tables and multiple chairs and rockers, an outdoor party can be fed with steaks from the gas grill, along with dessert to complete the feast. Outfitted with two aspen log twin beds, playful bear quilted coverlets, a rocking chair, and a wooden floor area offers a place for games and toys. Downstairs from the main floor, the lower level supplies an additional living area, and a 4-chair table. This is a great spot for a TV marathon. Two bedrooms are also on the lower ground level with a shared bath open to the floor. An aspen log king bedroom has quiet neutral colors, and the solid wood queen bedroom has bear-oriented decor.

Step outside to the concrete lower patio, which like the deck upstairs, wraps around the corner, creating space for private conversation. Relieve the tension of daily life by indulging in the water therapy of the oversized corner hot tub also found here.

A few steps across the paved driveway from the main cabin is a converted garage and bonus room, offering a complete upstairs apartment and downstairs game room area. If your group needs an open indoor play space, this is your entertainment zone! The climate-controlled room includes air hockey, ping pong, and pool tables for your gaming spirit, and you can also enjoy the ballgame onscreen in the background on the flat screen TV. The separate entrance upstairs opens into a bright additional living space all its own. Compact and complete, the living room, full kitchen, and dining area have all the necessities for a cozy overnight stay. The king bedroom is a restful spot, and includes an adjacent full bathroom with convenient shower stall.
