Pre-Check-In is Thursday, February 19, from 2-4:00 p.m., and Friday, February 20, from 7:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. in the School Office. 

Silent Auction Opens

The Online Silent Auction will open on Friday, February 20, at 9 a.m.

Saturday, February 21

Event Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Caterer-Across the Board Catering

The Band is the Famous G3

Roc Da Party 360 Photo Booth 

Live Auction will start at 8 p.m.

Dancing and Carousel Rides will Follow

Silent Auction Will Close at 10:00 p.m.

Fun Activities will include teachers selling Cracker Jack Boxes for $20 each with Gift Cards valued at $25 or above - the first teacher to sell out will win a gift certificate.

Ring Toss Throw-You will have the chance for $20 to throw a ring around a bottle for your favorite valued at $25 or Higher.

And last, what would be a Night Under the Big Top without a Balloon Dart Game, where you will have the chance to win a gift card, cash, or just a Pop of a balloon.

All of these items must be purchased at the event.
