Name the Lower Field! Your name or your child’s name will appear on a sign on the fence during the 2022-2023 school year! In the fall of 2022, your student and their classmates will attend a sign dedication ceremony honoring your support. Your sign of support will be seen as people exit the school or attend multiple soccer games.  Your sign will go home with you spring 2023.                           

Woodland will recognize your student and family on a sign naming the Outdoor Learning Center for the 2022-2023 school year. In the fall of 2022 we will hold a sign dedication ceremony for your student and their classmates where we will recognize your families support. In spring 2023 the sign will go home with your student.                                                      

Enjoy two nights in Oxford, Mississippi donated by Coach Graham’s family!  This two-bedroom, one bathroom condo is off the square and sleeps 5 people.  It cannot be used on home football weekends or during Double Decker Festival. To make it an even better getaway, Roadshow BMW has donated a test drive of one of their inventory cars for a long weekend (Thursday-Tuesday) any time before 12/31/22. You can also feel good leaving your furry friend behind with a certificate for a weekend stay with daycare at Brown Dog Lodge.  And a road trip would not be complete without a cooler bag full of the perfect snacks from Trader Joe’s and two bottles of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne for the weekend.

Ever wonder what it takes to run a school? During the 2022-23 school year your student will start the day meeting with Mr. Moore and assisting with morning carpool. They will then join Mr. Moore as he walks the school and conducts important school meetings, and end with a special lunch in the cafeteria.  But wait, there's more!  Snow Day! You Make the Call! Consult with the Head of School at the beginning of the 2022 winter season to discuss the inclement weather policy and help announce the first SNOW DAY of the school year.

Come for the Fun...Stay for the View! Enjoy a 3-night stay away from the hustle & bustle of life in a quaint town just east of Asheville called Black Mountain, NC. The Grandparents of Machen and Rhett Campbell have donated their vacation home that comfortably sleeps 6‐8 adults plus additional space for several kids. The home offers lots of toys, games, and puzzles sure to keep you entertained. Downtown Black Mountain has a great square with lots of local shopping, breweries, and delicious restaurants & much more! There’s plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, historic landmarks to visit, water sports and more to guarantee this will be a trip to remember! This package includes a basket of treats from the Asheville area and information on sightseeing.

Name the Upper Field and show your Warrior pride all year long!  Your child’s name or family name will appear on a sign naming the upper field for the 2022-2023 school year.  Your student will have a sign dedication ceremony in their honor at the start of the 2022 school year with their classmates. The sign will go home with your student in the spring of 2023.

You can pick between a massive private drive-in movie party at the Malco Summer Drive-in for up to 100 cars full of guests or a party at the MXT in Collierville for 200 people.  The MXT Collierville is an even larger screen than the Paradiso Imax.  What a great item to help you celebrate a birthday, graduation or just create an occasion!  The MXT can be used on a mutually agreed upon date before January 2023 and the drive-in between April-October.
