WPS Art teacher Mrs. Duffey worked with all of the students on this year's all school auction art project. Students were introduced to collage through a variety of artists and their works. Mrs. Duffey demonstrated simple ways to create collage paper. Students used a limited color palette of black and white to create different patterns and textures through free play and experimentation. Students then had the opportunity to take created paper and arrange a composition that represents the variety of techniques they learned.
